The owners of New York institution the ‘21’ Club convert a section of the restaurant's ground floor into a classic cocktail lounge. Sip time-honored tipples—like the Southside (gin, lemon, sugar, mint and soda)—that were invented in the storied space, or opt for one of six draft beers (Guinness, Prohibition Ale, Brooklyn Brewery). Drinkers can soak up the booze with bar snacks, like soft pretzels with a cheddar dip, fried buffalo shrimp with a creamy goat-cheese sauce, and grilled fish tacos with salsa verde.
