The cross streets on this listing are correct (on Grand St. between Roebling and Driggs) but the address listed and the map are a little bit off. The map shows us on Grand St. in Manhattan. We are in Brooklyn. Also our address is 245 Grand St, not 45 Grand St. Entering the zip code 11211 will correct the Google map, which will lead you to the Manhattan address by default otherwise.
