We were sad when the quirky décor shop, KIOSK, closed back in March—but starting tomorrow, KIOSK fans have a reason to rejoice from now until February 1st. That’s right—shop eclectic, international treasures once again at the new Kiosk pop-up at LaGuardia Place.

The new space is an exciting opportunity for husband-and-wife duo, Alisa Grifo and Marco ter Haar Romney, to show off their new country collections and more. Tomorrow, get a first look at the “Recall” collection, which will be a spectrum of objects the couple passed on the first time around, but continued to think about.

Keeping with the twosome’s fondness for sourcing treasures from all around the world, shoppers can look forward to in-store collaborations with Field Experiments (comprised of objects by artisans in Bali), dynamic accessories from iKO iKO and another upcoming country collection from the couple’s future travels to Romania.

540 LaGuardia Place, ground floor. Mon-Sat noon-7pm.

Sight Unseen

KIOSK is not the only pop-up shop where you can find unique goods. Open now until October 5th, Sight Unseen (online magazine) has filled Space Ninety 8’s Market Space with jewelry and housewares from their Fall 2014 collection, including an installation by Brooklyn-based studio, Moving Mountains.

In addition, shoppers can look out for one-of-a-kind goods and decorative pieces by artists such as Ladies & Gentlemen Studio, RillRill Jewelry, Max Lamb, Heddle & Needle and more. Standouts include the Cone Lamp by Recreation Center ($220), Matte Marbled Cups by Workday Handmade ($38 each) and Blank Notebooks by Suzanne Antonelli ($20 per pair).

98 N 6th St, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (sightunseen.com). Mon-Sat 10am-10pm, Sun 11am-9pm.

General Idea

If housewares and bric-a-brac items don’t excite you, ready-to-wear brand, General Idea, opened a pop-up store, which is open now until September 30th. Shop the menswear brand’s fall looks such as black-and-white wares ranging from leather pants ($375), color-block button ups ($183) and mix-print hats ($100). Shoppers can also pre-order items from the SS15 collection directly off the runway. You know, in case you're missing summer already.

 355A Bowery (generalidea.co.k). Mon-Sun 11am-7pm.
