If you don’t know what Jollibee is, you will soon. The Philippines-born fast-food restaurant, which is considered the equivalent of McDonald’s throughout Asia, is finally arriving in Manhattan this fall.

While NYC has no shortage of great Filipino eateries, the cult-loved chain is known for its Chickenjoy (fried chicken with rice and gravy), pineapple-topped burgers and its fried-egg–focused breakfast menu. There's even a sweet spaghetti topped with hot dogs, and in a novelty-loving town like New York, you can expect lines to be out the door.

There’s already a location in Queens and one in Jersey City, NJ, but this outpost will be right near Port Authority at 609 Eighth Avenue, adding to the list of more than 900 other locations around the world. Just look for the giant cartoon bee.
