The three best things to do in New York today

1. Watch The Terminator in Coney Island
Enjoy Arnold and catch some waves and sand at Coney Island's Flicks on the Beach series. And if you want to make a night of it, grab a hot dog from Nathan's, ride the ferris wheel and dip your toes in the sea. (1001 Boardwalk West, 7:30pm, free.)

2. See the amazing dancers of Momix
This new full-length work, which opens tonight at the Joyce, blends multimedia and acrobatic dance to investigate the four elements and their many metamorphoses. (Joyce Theater, 175 Eighth Ave, 7:30pm, $10-$59)

3. Taste your way through lots of great beers with the NYC Good Beer Passport
The $37 "passport" buys you a pint of craft beer at over 35 bars in NYC's five boroughs, including Finback Brewery, Pacific Standard and more. The pass is good through September 7, so you have plenty of time to get the most bang for your buck. Plus, it's also a fundraiser for The River Fund New York. Win win. (Various locations, order online at goodpassports.com, $37)
