Tune-Yards  + Cibbo Matto + BEEP: Dec 4–7 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg
Merrill Garbus has put out three excellent records under the Tune-Yards moniker, and she's coming to the ’Burg in support of the latest, Nikki Nack. Her solid tunes are bolstered by her unique performance style, in which she loops all the drums live, and then fills in the music and words. This is the cutting-edge of ukelele pop! Tickets are on sale Friday, Oct 10 at noon through Ticketmaster.

Common + Jay Electronica: Dec 9 at Irving Plaza
Common, the original Chicago rapper, returns to Manhattan on the heels of his latest LP Nobody's Smiling—a welcome comeback for the MC after a three-year hiatus. Jay Electronica, whose thoughtful rhymes and technical mastery have kept us waiting anxiously for his major label debut, supports. Tickets are on sale Friday, Oct 10 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Disclosure + Claude Vonstroke + Dusky + Ten Walls + Kyle Hall + Isaac Tichauer: Dec 31 at Pier 94
Looking to go nuts on New Year's Eve? You're in luck—Disclosure, the electronic duo whose 2013 breakthrough preceded a massive 2014 world tour, has decided to ring in 2015 with an EDM bash of epic proportions. Tickets are on sale Friday, Oct 10 at noon through Flavorus.

Billy Idol + Bronchos: Jan 28 at the Beacon Theater
Pop-friendly punk and first–wave MTV star Idol, who incidentally gives the keynote address at CBGB Fest tonight, will release his eighth studio album, Kings and Queens of the Underground, later this month. He brings his rebel yell back to NYC in support of the new LP. Tickets are on sale Friday, Oct 10 at 11 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Jack White: Jan 30 at Madison Square Garden
Between his solo albums, his multiple bands and the prolific output of his Third Man label, we don't know how Jack White actually finds the time to tour, but we're glad he does. The uncompromising rocker is supporting his latest album, Lazaretto, and if the tour thus far has been any indication, we'll get as much Jack White speechifying as Jack White music. Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct 10 at noon through Ticketmaster.
