Is old man winter brining you down? Seasonal depression is no joke—which is why we’ve listed all of the fun things to do in NYC during the chilliest time of year. But in case you’re tired of fighting the feels and need a good sob-fest, there’s a sad dance party in Williamsburg tonight—and it’s going to be bloody brilliant.

Head to Passenger Bar at 8pm, where DJ Alicia Kennedy will bring the tunes, while you bring the tears. Aptly named "Cry and Wine: A Party for Your Feelings," this one-of-a-kind set will feature a mix of tearjerkers, including dancey-but-depressing tunes from the likes of Joy Division and the Smiths. But you can also expect favorites from sensitive artists like Drake and Lana Del Rey to get you into the groove.

There are a lot of cool parties happening in NYC this month, but this one is by far the most therapeutic. And if you want to get in the mood before releasing all your inner demons on the dance floor, our playlist featuring the 50 best breakup songs will do the trick.

Passenger Bar, 229 Roebling St at S 3rd St (718-218–7869, passengerbar.com). Wed Jan 28 at 8pm. Free.
