Time Out says

The king of rock criticism presents his new book, The History of Rock 'n' Roll in Ten Songs, in which he looks at the influence of a few choice recordings from 1956 to 2008, including "All I Could Do Was Cry" by both Etta James and Beyoncé, and "To Know Him Is to Love Him" as performed by the Teddy Bears and, much later, Amy Winehouse.
