The brilliant violinist continues her season-long Perspectives series at Carnegie with a wide-ranging program that includes pieces by Beethoven (Violin Sonata No. 9), Franck (Violin Sonata in A major) and André Previn (Tango Song and Dance). The most interesting piece on the bill, though, could be the U.S. premiere of Ringtone Variations, a piece for violin and double bass by frequent Mutter collaborator Sebastian Currier.
