Augustus Arnone

Pianist Augustus Arnone, a musician known for fearlessly probing the depths of difficult works, offers the third in a series of concerts devoted to English composer Michael Finnissy's dense, allusive magnum opus, The History of Photography in Sound. This afternoon Arnone tackles one hefty segment of the cycle, Kapitalistische Realisme (mit Siziliänische Männerakte und Bachsche Nachdichtungen) (1999-2000), and will complete the journey on Mar 9.
