Composer Erwin Schulhoff's madcap 1923 work Five Pieces for String Quartet—by turns jagged and hummable—is too infrequently presented. So it's a pleasure to see it on the bill for this season's last concert from Ruth Sommers's ensemble. Also on the program are Dvorak's Piano Quintet in A major, as well as Boccherini's Guitar Quintet No. 1.
