NYC Musical Saw Festival

Usually just a subway platform oddity, the musical saw takes center stage at this bizarre Queens festival featuring world premiere pieces for saw, the Chorus of the Saws (an orchestra that broke the Guinness Book World Record for Largest Musical Saw Ensemble in 2009), a saw-inspired art exhibit and even a poetry recital about the makeshift instrument.
