Did that "chance of thundershowers" bit in the weather forecast for this past Saturday keep you away from MoMA PS1's Warm Up wingding? If so, you lost out: Not only did nary a drop fall from the sky, but the music—from the fabled house Terrence Parker, his fellow Detroit music makers from the D3 unit (Underground Resistance's Mark Flash, Jon Dixon and DeSean Jones) and a big chunk of the L.I.E.S. label's roster (Ron Morelli, Professor Genius, Jeremie Delon and Steve Summers—was, as expected, hot as hell.
