Dusty-fingered record freaks Mr. Robinson and DJ Honky are back with their night devoted to vintage funk and soul. This month’s edition sees the return of fabled New Orleans soul vocalist Willie West, a man with a stack of fabulous cuts ranging from R&B blazers like "Willie Knows How" to ballads such as "Don't Be Ashamed to Cry." He'll be backed by the Brooklyn Rhythm Band, which will play an early set as well.
