Avant-Garde-Arama: Mayday!

This iteration of Avant-Garde-Arama is curated by Salley May in collaboration with several performance spaces—including La MaMa, Dixon Place and the Chocolate Factory—and pays tribute to the 100th anniversary of the Abrons's Playhouse. Over the course of two evenings, performers include Jennifer Miller and John Jasperse, Rebecca Patek, Katy Pyle, Jack Ferver with Reid Bartelme and Holly Hughes. Hosts are Penny Arcade and Erin Markey (May 1) and Carmelita Tropicana and Erin Markey (May 2).
