Ivo Dimchev

In his dance-theater work I-cure—presented as part of the 2014 Queer New York International Arts Festival—Dimchev claims that he will heal audience members' physical and psychological difficulties simultaneously. The piece looks to the theater as a forum for health, rather than culture, and aims for supreme catharsis.
