Rebecca Patek

Patek's new performance work, the future was looking better in the past, is loosely based on the brutal murder of Bobby Franks by Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb. As always, Patek is intrigued by gray areas of our subconscious; the piece, a copresentation by the Chocolate Factory and Abrons Arts Center, features John Hoobyar, Sam Roeck and Chris Tyler.
