Eleven men vote guilty, but one juror—Henry Fonda, natch—isn’t so sure. Inevitably, it feels a bit stagy, but with so many great actors (Lee J. Cobb, E.G. Marshall, Ed Begley, Martin Balsam) delivering so many hot-tempered monologues—well, it’s pretty much irresistible.
