Cook-off impresario Matt Timms and his swinecentric contest are back for the fifth year. Timms will provide 15 pounds of Hormel Black Label bacon to 24 amateur cooks, who will churn out dishes using the beloved cured meat. The contest will be judged by a panel including Travel Channel’s George Motz.
