Time Out says

Toast the battle of Puebla—and this taqueria’s reopened backyard—with icy quaffs including frozen margaritas ($5) and habanero-infused tequilas ($2). Soak up the sun and booze with braised beef and branzino tacos ($10), followed by raspados (shaved ice) and paletas (ice pops) from the outdoor Pachanga Icebox stand. The frozen desserts will be handed out gratis from 6 to 7pm; at all other times, you'll have to pony up $3–$4 for flavors such as grapefruit with ginger and honey, or avocado with jalapeño and lime. Palm the bartender an extra $3 to mix a shot of tequila or rum into your shaved ice.
