Boston chef Jamie Bissonnette—who plans to open a Gotham outpost of his restaurant Toro this fall—will roast a whole hog, served with corn and pasta salad. A ticket gets you a frosty pint of Brooklyn Summer Ale with dinner, and Good Co.'s eight taps will keep the beer flowing, while former Roberta's toque Max Sussman exchanges his chef whites for two turntables, spinning laid-back summer jams.
