Sixteen of Japan’s top sake producers—including Gassan and Kitaya breweries—bring their premium bottles to NYC at this special tasting event. Mixologist Shingo Gokan (Angel’s Share, SakaMai) will be on site stirring up kanpai-ready sake-based cocktails, while David Bouley’s high-end Japanese sanctum, Brushstroke, will offer complementary plates, like Guinea fowl soup, Wagyu beef jerky and miso-dressed bamboo shoots to soak up all that rice wine.
