Chef David Burke greets the summer season with an outdoor BBQ-and-beer soiree. Burke and his team will grill specialties like chicken dumplings, beef-fat fries and smoked Gouda pops. The Boston Beer Company is providing unlimited Samuel Adams beer, including Cherry Chocolate Bock and the original Boston Lager. Jim Beam bourbon, Cruzan Rum and Hornitos Tequila top off the booze offerings. Long Island rock band Full House will fuel the festivities with throwback beats from the '80s and '90s.
