George Garzone and the Fringe

The trio known as the the Fringe has been mining the fruitful intersection between postbop and free jazz since 1971. On Feb 6, the Boston institution—which includes saxophonist George Garzone, bassist John Lockwood and drummer Bob Gullotti—makes a rare local appearance.
