Brooklyn three-piece Guards, fronted by Cults guitarist Richie James Follin, wheels out its anthemic indie-pop textures at Brooklyn Night Bazaar for a free show. Also on the bill is psych-pop quartet the Dig—offering solid, melodic indie rock reminiscent of the Strokes and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club—and Modern Rivals, trading in swelling, sparkly indie pop.
