Local saxist and experimental-music maven Sam Hillmer, overseer of the Practice! series at Public Assembly, recently launched this similarly titled Manhattan counterpart. The Feb 21 edition features MV Carbon, Greg Fox and others, while Lamin Fofana and Seaven Teares head up the Feb 28 installment.
