Poco

A pioneering country-rock group that sprang from the ashes of Buffalo Springfield, Poco lost most of its original members long ago: Jim Messina departed to work with Kenny Loggins, Randy Meisner signed on with the Eagles (as did his replacement, Timothy B. Schmit) and Richie Furay dropped out to make Christian music. Still, founder Rusty Young has kept the band going almost continuously; this year Poco released All Fired Up, its first studio album in 11 years.
