Randy Ingram Quartet

Accomplished Brooklyn pianist Randy Ingram has gigged alongside Ben Monder, Tierney Sutton and the late Billy Higgins. Here, he presents airy, evocative postbop tunes from Sky/Lift, the worthy new follow-up to his excellent 2009 debut, The Road Ahead. As on the disc, Ingram's joined here by guitarist Mike Moreno, bassist Matt Clohesy and drummer Jochen Rueckert.
