Fortissimo, a British experimental-music imprint, stages a two-night fest in the ’Burg, exploring the nexus of noise, classical, avant-rock, psych, drone and electronica. (Phew!) Famed downtown composer Glenn Branca headlines on Fri 24, with support from art-punk luminaries Neptune, seasoned pysch-folkie Christina Carter (of Charalambides, who perform on Saturday) and others. The Sat 25 bill features abstract electronica mastermind Tim Hecker, like-minded local fave Oneohtrix Point Never and others.
