Vicki Freeman and chef-husband–co-owner Marc Meyer want Cookshop to be a platform for sustainable ingredients from independent farmers—

Major Clip Joint!! They added 25% to my charge clip after I left!!Out of curiosity, read NY Mag blog, and they have done this adding to charge slips before. Complaints are ignored. Get ready to spend an hour on phone with VISA, unless you use cash. But skip it anyway. Dry baked goods, processed lunch meats, Ill-conceived food combinations, dishonest wine measures hand poured at table for the gullible and non-confrontatory. Texas Guinan said, "Hello, Sucker!" but she had charm. .
