Fusion East

Fusion East is a unique twist on the traditional vision of a “fusion” menu. Traditionally, we think of Asian fusion only in the culinary world. Fusion East will be different because it is an Afro Fusion with a menu of the finest dishes from the Afro – Caribbean and Afro – American cultures. The “East” reflects its location in the formerly struggling but now rebuilding community of East New York. In addition to a delicious culinary menu, Fusion East will also offer quality evening entertainment on some nights highlighting the special talents from the world of comedy, poetry and music.
