Set several blocks off of Hoboken’s main street, the Gaslight is the perfect neighborhood spot — not only offering a great atmosphere to watch your favorite sports, but also to sit down for a quiet, delectable dinner. Zagat rated for service and food, the dinner menu features New American fare with unique dishes such as jalapeno & garlic marinated pork chop and blueberry barbecue salmon. The avocado & mango and the panzanella salads offer a fresh take on green options. For a few quick bites off the new tapas menu, which includes a manchego & sliced apples and crab-stuffed calamari. The restaurant has recently been revamped with neutral tones to complement the leather banquettes throughout the dining area. A skylight in the back room adds to the intimate dining experience. Gaslight libations include a wine list that covers the spectrum of red and white as well as specialty cocktails. Various beers are available on tap and change seasonally.
