Chef Christophe Garnier and Constance Hudault opened Gloo in summer 2015.
The Chef, who has successfully created a dozen restaurants in France, chose the best local products, sustainable or organic whenever possible.
The food is modern bistro style, like the Chef does in France.
The Chef is also a Sommelier and selected amazing wines from small winemakers, many of which are organics and biodynamics. Gloo also serves also cocktails and spirits. The designer Pascale Palun created two spaces, a warm cozy bar with comfortable antique leather armchairs and the restaurant room with an intimate view onto the West Village.
Reservations for inside only. 24 seats outside, first arrived first seated!
