This Chinatown dim sum house could make Flushing-bound dumpling devotees reconsider their options. Carts patrols a spacious dining room that overlooks the Manhattan Bridge. Flag one of them down to procure fresh Cantonese standards like clams in black-bean sauce and pillowy pork buns, plus more-unusual items such as an egg tart with a soft taro crust. Look for the elusive cart with the mysterious wooden bucket; it’s filled with sweetened tofu. Watch out for the weekday special, when all dim sum cost $2 each.
