This petite spin-off of the East Village's Jebon Sushi and Noodle offers six ramen bowls, built around chicken, beef and vegetable broths. Asian-influenced sliders, such as a beef patty topped with house-made kimchi, round out the cheap eats. Pair them with bottled brews (Tsingtao, Singha) or sake, all served across white-marble-top tables.
