Time Out says

Everything is huge: The chairs envelop you, the wine list covers more than 400 bottles and even the side dishes are supersized. The menu includes pepper-crusted buffalo sirloin and lamb loin chops, but steak purists will stick with the classics: rib eye, New York strip, filet mignon and porterhouse—averaging around $35 a slab. If you’re not sure whether you want your meat on the bone or off, a waiter will gladly explain steak theory to you. When you’re done salivating, be sure to gaze down at the hordes of commuters and also up at the celestial designs on Grand Central’s vaulted ceiling. Expect the bill to be an eyeful as well.
