    Description
After a move to swankier digs, Marcus Samuelsson’s haute Swedish flagship is more inviting than ever. In the casual café, the Stockholm-bred chef turns out pitch-perfect Nordic home cooking, featuring classic dishes like gravlax and herring. In the main restaurant, past the long sultry bar, lurks some of the city’s most innovative seafood (along with rather dazzling terrestrial fare): hot smoked trout, foie gras ganache and desserts like a kalamansi-topped white-chocolate cheesecake with carrot sorbet.
