Those in a rush would be wise to avoid this charming Argentine spot, where Soho shoppers and foreign-language-speaking tourists come to relax over reliable bistro standards. Some of the better basics here include a nice, thick, juicy filet mignon and plump steamed mussels in a buttery garlic-and-white-wine sauce. After finishing off a reasonably priced bottle of red, a steak and an order of the wet chocolate cake (molten on the inside)—with vanilla ice cream and strawberries—we were ready to lounge here all night.
