Snag a caipirinha, take all you want from the salad bar, and when you’re ready, flip the chip that sits by your fork from red to green. Spit-wielding servers come flying out of the kitchen, proudly explaining what’s so special about their skewers. The best meats? Sirloin and filet mignon. The meal comes to a close when the dessert cart rolls up. We liked the green grapes covered in sweet condensed milk—if only because we could manage little more than fruit after this feast.
