Iron Chef champ Madison Cowan oversees a playful menu of shareable miniburgers (ranging from classic beef to exotic game like ostrich and gator), sweet-potato fries, creamy corn pudding and spicy slaw. At the bar, salted dulce de leche shakes get jiggered with Modelo Especial and cocktails are infused with balsamic reductions and Thai chilies. The cannoli program continues the boozy theme—Anthony Fontana (Stuffed Artisan Cannolis) models his tubular pastries after margaritas and mudslides.
