Asio Highsmith, owner of Pedigree Sneaker Gallery, introduces coffee fanaticism to Fort Greene. Lean on a sleek maple bar and watch the elegant cold-brew coffee drippers do their work. Bona fide bean nerds can choose other brewing methods as well: Pour-over Chemex carafes, ceramic drip cones and other alchemical tools are on display at the counter behind a glass panel. Just make sure your patience is as strong as your caffeine craving: The baristas brew each cup to order.
