I have never been so offended by the lack of service or professionalism of a company's employees/owner. Here's how Dashlocker goes about their business: After dropping my clothes in a locker on Tuesday (2/4), I finally received my clothes in Wednesday (2/13). As I was busy at work, I was unable to pick up my clothes until the following day (2/14). To my chagrin, when I opened the locker after work on Thursday, I find that half of my clothes WERE NOT PUT IN A DRYER! My clothes had been sitting in a plastic bag for over 48 hours, soaking wet. When I opened the bag I was hit with a wall of mold. After calling them non stop for the entire week previously (cannot leave a message because their voicemail is not activated) because they had not delivered my clothes in the guaranteed 48 hour time frame, I now had to deal with calling/emailing them to deal with moldy clothes. This is a laundry/dry cleaning service. Literally their only job is to complete this simple task. Clean clothes, keep your customers happy. This. Is. Their. Only. Job. After emailing them with pictures of proof that my clothes were moldy (and they had ruined my nicest dress shirt - another story for another review), they responded only with an excuse that their cleaner was down for two days and trucks weren't running because of the weather. This is an entirely fair excuse. However, if your job is to clean the clothes that I am paying you to clean, maybe you would think to inform your clientele that you are having issues with service, that you will be issuing refunds, and that you will be doing everything in your power to retrieve and clean their clothes. And yet, what did I get? Nothing. After further emails asking why they are not responding and asking what they are going to do to keep me, my roommate (and rest of the building, once I campaign to get these removed from our lobby) as clients, I received the response: "Our trucks are not driving right now. We will not be able to pick the clothes up." No apology, no response to my other questions. After I respond to this, they send me a final message of: "I would suggest you retrieve the clothes." THESE EMAILS ARE FROM THEIR OWNER ROBERT. An owner of a company just responded in this way with absolutely zero regard or respect for the people that are paying to keep his business running. I urge and plead everyone and anyone who reads this review to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
