After going through a name change (previously Breukelen) and four moves in two boroughs over the past 17 years, this unconventional housewares gallery has finally settled in Williamsburg, where owner John Erik Karkula resides. The bi-level, 4,200-square-foot studio feels like a factory with exposed beams, and cement ceilings and floors. Large skylights illuminate the rooftop showroom, displaying extravagant tables ($5,000–$20,000), sofas ($8,000–$15,000) and chairs ($500–$3,000), as well as lighting ($300–$15,000) and rugs ($2,000–$10,000) from more than 30 different brands. Check out Bocci blown-glass light pendants ($495), Casalis knit poufs ($805), and Joshua Vogel wood bowls and vessels ($780–$5,600). Don’t let your home have all the fun—adorn yourself with jewelry designer Monica Castiglioni’s debut collection, including square brass bracelets ($260) and triangular bronze rings ($780).
