Time Out says

We’ve discovered one more item to add to our things-we-love-about-Israel list (in addition to floating in the Dead Sea and the Tel Aviv club scene): Israeli designer Victor Bellaish’s first high-end store in NYC. The small but airy space boasts dark wood floors and sections of exposed brick (a curved staircase leads up to the designer’s studio), an appropriately sophisticated setting for the three racks of flowy, feminine separates and one-of-a-kind pieces. If your wallet is light, keep on walking, but if you’re in the market to splurge on delicate, subtly sexy threads, you’re in the right place. Standout pieces include knee-length dresses with plunging necklines and bat-wing sleeves ($990), eyelet-lace chiffon tops ($155), sheer button-up blouses with satin bibs ($450) and long crushed-silk slips with keyholes ($580). Fine, these pieces aren’t exactly economical, but it’s still enjoyable to ogle one-offs, such as a sleeveless tiered dress with Swarovski crystals and studded lace collar ($7,900).
