Trend watch: Charitable products for Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2013

Every October, charitable products that benefit Breast Cancer Awareness causes flood the market. We narrowed down the offerings to find stylish clothing, accessories and beauty products that we’d buy anyway. Among our findings: a Rebecca Taylor pleated blouse, Nine West pumps and a Wacoal bra sold at Macy’s—and not all of them are pink!

  • Loft by Suzanna Dai Short Statement necklace, $70, at Loft, locations throughout the city; visit loft.com. Sixty percent of each sale goes to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (bcrfcure.org) through Oct 31.

  • Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Swivel Stick, $3; lotion, $5; and skin-therapy oil, $10; all at Walgreens, locations throughout the city; visit walgreens.com. Fifteen percent of total proceeds (with a minimum donation of $100,000) goes to Susan G. Komen (komen.org) through June 2014.

  • A.J. Morgan Splash floral-print sunglasses, $15, at unique-vintage.com. Twenty percent of each sale goes to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (nationalbreastcancer.org) through Oct 31.
