My experience at Body Mechanics was amazing! I trully enjoyed my massage and felt great after. I made sure to book my next appointment before I left.
Beret is amazing. I'm a runner and on any given day experience all sorts or soreness snd aches. Beret assessed my situation and came up with a treatment plan that has me running at top form and pain free. She's incredibly knowledgable and is really easy to work with. A must see for any active person. Injured or not, she'll work with you to keep you healthy.
I came to Body Mechanics b/c I was suffering from severe achilles tendinitis which had gotten so bad that even just walking was painful. The treatment included an initial assessment where a lot of time was taken to understand my particular problems and after the treatment I was given some exercises and stretches to help lengthen my achilles so that it could heal properly. Within 2 weeks, I was walking with zero pain and I was back to running shortly after that. The massage treatments I received here literally improved the quality of my life.
Great space, knowledgeable staff. Excellent stencil work on the walls. If you have any sort of physical discomfort, be it migraines to foot problems, the staff will work to get to the root and solve it. You will not be disappointed.
I've used the for TMJ and a hip injury. I can't believe how much less pain I'm in. Beret works on me and she has been able to fix things that have chronic for years and no one else has been able to help with. I highly recommend.
Beret was referred to me (thank you!). I have suffered for years from lower back pain and TMJ, and have been unable to find relief with either chiropractors or dentist-prescribed mouth guards. Beret explained to me that the mouth guard was only to prevent me from grinding my teeth, but that the TMJ itself comes from my neck. The protocol she has designed specifically for me has reduced my TMJ episodes from weekly to once or twice a year!!! The icing on the cake is that my back problems, so bad that I sometimes could barely walk, have been substantially reduced. I can walk without pain, and am finally feeling as if I a living a normal life! I am so grateful to have found Beret!
