Revolution in Motion's Dr. Edythe Heus got Reeve Carney and the rest of the Spider-Man cast in shape for the show. Now you can get super fit with the Spidey workout too.

Knees side-to-side

(1) Lie so that your abdomen rests on a stability ball, with your legs out behind you and your hands planted on the floor.

(2) Walk your hands forward until your knees are together on top of ball, legs straight and feet pointed.

(3) Bring your knees toward your chest, head dangling toward the floor.

(4) Rotate your knees to the right. Your left hip drops down to rest on the ball, and your knees move to the left side in the same plane and your right hip drops. Option: Roll your hip toward the floor, creating a greater stretch, or move your legs quickly from side to side.
