Stolen Chair's Jon Stancato sets out to capture the feel of film noir in an atmospheric restaging of Kiran Rikhye's 2007 thriller, in which a gumshoe (House of Cards bodyguard Nathan Darrow) finds clues to his own impending murder in the pages of a popular pulp serial.
