Alysha Umphress and Jeff Blumenkratz: I've Been Played

Anyone who has seem Umphress in the new Broadway revival of On the Town, in which she plays Hildy (the hard-driving cabbie Hildy), knows that she can swing like crazy. At Birdland, she joins actor-songwriter Blumenkrantz to toast their new joint album, which includes several of his original songs as well as such standards as "Ten Minutes Ago."
