Harley riders and other chopper enthusiasts flocked to Coney Island for the weekend-long 28th Annual Tattoo and Motorcycle Festival. Hosted by the folks at Coney Island USA, festivities included sideshow acts, on-site tattooing and the Miss Coney Island Burlesque Beauty Pageant. It all culminated in a pair of contests that doled out prizes for the best motorcycles and tattoos in a range of categories (such as Oldest and Ugliest for the former, and Best Butt for the latter).
